I am currently recruiting for 2 Legal Support admin candidates to join a highly regarded Private Wealth team based in Manchester.

The successful candidates will support Solicitors and Fee Earners with a wide range of administrative duties including:

  • File opening and conflict checks
  • Billing and payments
  • Scanning, printing and document management
  • Audio/copy typing
  • Managing post and archiving
  • Diary management and general departmental support

We are looking for individuals who are highly organised, proactive, detail-oriented, and confident working within a fast-paced professional environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage workloads effectively are essential.
