We specialise in growing your business. A London-based boutique recruitment agency specialised in matching skillset, personality & long-term fit.

Are you an experienced customer service professional looking to bring your people skills and precision to a high-performing team within a leading UK law firm? We’re looking for a Client Services Executive to join a dynamic team that sits at the heart of one of the country’s most respected legal practices. Based in Manchester, the Client Services department plays a pivotal role – acting as the first point of contact for new client enquiries and ensuring seamless communication between their legal teams across Manchester, Liverpool and London offices.

As a Client Services Executive, you’ll be a trusted voice and a vital link. From handling initial enquiries to ensuring accurate data entry and supporting matter onboarding, your work will directly impact client experience and satisfaction.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in a professional customer service role – ideally phone-based and within a corporate, professional services or legal environment.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data handling.
  • A team player with excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Experience in a legal setting and/or using Proclaim is a plus (but not essential – full training is provided).

Please note: This role is fully office-based in our head office in Manchester City Centre. It’s a brilliant opportunity to become a long-term, valued member of a well-respected team – best suited to those committed to building a career in professional client services, rather than a short-term stepping stone into legal practice.
