Maintenance Technician- Putney Bridge

The Role

You’ll play a key part in keeping this dynamic office environment running smoothly, taking ownership of day-to-day maintenance and repairs across a range of disciplines, including:

• Basic plumbing (changing taps, washers, minor repairs)
• Basic electrics (changing bulbs, sockets, plugs)
• Carpentry and joinery (hanging doors, replacing skirting, small fixes)
• Painting and decorating (patchwork, touch-ups, light refurbishment work)

You’ll also ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with Health & Safety regulations, helping maintain the high standards that make this site such an attractive and welcoming place to work.

About You

• Experience in a similar maintenance or facilities role, ideally within commercial or multi-site environments
• A hands‑on, can‑do attitude and a strong sense of pride in your work
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, organised, and happy to roll up your sleeves when needed
