The Role

  • Supporting Financial Planners with day-to-day client servicing activities.
  • Preparing client meeting packs and supporting documents with pension providers, investment companies and other financial institutions to obtain accurate client information.
  • Producing high-quality written correspondence for clients and providers.
  • Assisting with new business submissions and application processing.
  • Managing administrative workflows and workload priorities.
  • Handling general office administration, including post, stationery orders and reception duties.
  • Supporting the team in delivering an exceptional client experience.
