Our client is a successful property development and investment company with an impressive portfolio of high-profile projects across London. They are now seeking an experienced Legal candidate to provide essential support to their in-house legal and property team.

The role

You’ll be at the heart of the legal function, supporting the Director and wider team on all aspects of real estate transactions and office administration. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Preparing, formatting, and reviewing property contracts, leases, and legal correspondence
  • Managing and organising legal documentation and property records
  • Liaising with solicitors, clients, contractors, and external partners
  • Ensuring compliance deadlines are met and filings are accurate

This is a varied role where your skills will directly influence the smooth running of high-value property deals and projects.

What we’re looking for

  • Previous experience within law within real estate or property law
  • Strong knowledge of legal documentation, processes, and compliance requirements
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident communication and the ability to liaise with stakeholders at every level
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and legal software systems
