We are recruiting an enthusiastic Administration Assistant to join the Real Estate Commercial department of a highly respected law firm in central Manchester. This role is crucial in supporting the team's fee earners, contributing significantly to managing property transactions involving sales, purchases, and landlord/tenant matters.
Please note you need to have post completion experience for this role, this is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:- Processing conveyancing searches and Land Registry documentation.
- Document production, circulation, scanning, and filing.
- Managing billing and general accounts administration.
- Opening new files and inputting instructions.
- Assisting with post-completion tasks, including Land Registry and Companies House matters.
- Updating case management systems effectively.
- General administrative support including post handling and archiving.
- Experience in a similar administrative or post-completion role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
