Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented individual to become the primary point of contact for their valued clients. Ideal candidates will have experience in customer service, luxury hospitality, concierge roles, or as a personal assistant, and are eager to transition into the financial sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact, managing client enquiries and providing exceptional service.
- Coordinate new investor onboarding, including compliance with KYC/AML requirements.
