As part of this next chapter, they’re hiring a strategically minded Head of Marketing —someone who’s ready to move out of the agency world and own the full marketing picture in-house.
Why this role?
This is a rare opportunity for a strategist or senior agency-side marketer to step into their first Head of Marketing role. You’ll have full autonomy to shape the brand, build out the function, and work directly with a visionary CEO and executive team to define and execute the marketing strategy from the ground up. There’s already a brand and customer base in place—your job is to elevate and grow it.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead the development of a cohesive brand strategy across multiple luxury sites
- Own the full marketing roadmap—from positioning to acquisition, loyalty and partnerships
- Build and manage a lean in-house team and external agency partners
- Design and execute campaigns that blend performance, creativity and cultural relevance
- Optimise acquisition channels and customer journey flows
- Create a content and comms strategy that builds long-term engagement
- Monitor and report on marketing performance, feeding insights back to the leadership team
- Identify new opportunities for growth, partnerships and revenue generation
Who we’re looking for:
- A seasoned marketing strategist with a proven background in agency environments
- Someone who’s spent time crafting brand and campaign strategy, and now wants full ownership of the build
- Strong leadership skills—you may not have led a team before, but you’re ready to
- Deep understanding of digital, content and performance channels
- Experience working with premium or lifestyle brands (hospitality experience a bonus)
- Commercially sharp and confident working with data, reporting and business goals
- Natural communicator who can partner with a CEO and senior stakeholders with ease
- Obsessed with quality, tone, detail and storytelling
This is the perfect move for someone looking to transition from agency life into an in-house leadership role, with the freedom to truly own and build a premium brand. If you're ready to take that next step—we’d love to hear from you.
