An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and motivated Financial Planning Administrator to join a growing and successful wealth management firm in London. We would also consider a new graduate looking for their first role with a general interest in wealth management.

This role is ideal for someone with a genuine interest in financial planning who is looking to build a long‑term career within the financial services industry. Working closely with experienced Financial Planners, you will play a key role in supporting clients and ensuring the smooth delivery of financial planning services.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting Financial Planners with day‑to‑day client servicing activities.
  • Preparing client meeting packs and supporting documentation.
  • Liaising with pension providers, investment companies and other financial institutions to obtain client information.
  • Maintaining accurate client records and updating internal systems.
  • Producing high‑quality written correspondence for clients and providers.
  • Assisting with new business submissions and application processing.
  • Managing administrative workflows and workload priorities.
  • Handling general office administration, including post, stationery orders and reception duties.
  • Supporting the team in delivering an exceptional client experience.
