About the role:

You will provide seamless, high-level support to a dynamic team ranging from Director to Associate level. This is a fast-moving environment where no two days are the same—your ability to stay three steps ahead, coordinate demanding schedules, and handle confidential matters with discretion will be key to your success. You will be joining a close-knit team of Executive Assistants who are known for their warmth, professionalism, and collaborative spirit.

What we’re looking for:

  • 3–5+ years’ experience in a senior EA/PA role within Financial Services (Private Equity, Investment Banking, or similar)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
  • A calm, confident, and solutions-focused approach
  • Proven ability to manage complex international travel and ever-changing diaries
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
  • Tech-savvy with strong MS Office skills and experience using Concur

Key responsibilities:

  • Complex diary management across time zones
  • Extensive travel coordination (visas, itineraries, changes)
  • Scheduling high-level internal and external meetings
  • Board-level meeting preparation and C-Suite liaison
  • Managing expenses and team inboxes
  • Supporting wider team events, catering, and logistics
  • Maintaining systems and filing
  • Providing cover for fellow EAs as needed
