Executive Assistant – London (Hybrid)

As Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level support to senior leaders including the Chief People & Culture Officer, Group General Counsel, and Chief Operating Officer. You will manage complex diaries across multiple time zones, coordinate board-level meetings, arrange international travel, and ensure the smooth running of critical projects and initiatives. You will also play a central role in liaising with senior stakeholders and supporting board meetings, conferences, and global events.

This role calls for someone who is proactive, solutions-focused, and thrives in a dynamic environment. Ideally, you will bring experience from an SME where adaptability and taking initiative are key, along with a track record of supporting senior executives in fast-paced, high-growth organisations.

We re specifically looking for EA\’s who have previously worked in a smaller business and been part of its growth period. Additionally any experience in the renewable energy/environmental space is an advantage!
