This incredible 5-year-old Venture Capitalist type business helps ambitious entrepreneurs create, shape and scale amazing enterprises, working with young start-ups from day one supporting them in all areas of their operations.

This multi-faceted, leadership opportunity as Head of HR encompasses all aspects of HR for internal staff and investment portfolio clients. It would suit a dynamic, entrepreneurial HR professional with a genuine passion for embedding a brilliant culture and excellent staff retention.

In a previous role, you will have been part of a young business, successfully up-scaling the team and developing and delivering HR related projects and initiatives.
