Our client is looking for a talented Digital Ad Operations Executive/Manager to join the team with the ability to handle some client requests. Your role will be extremely important for customer success, satisfaction, and loyalty.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and experience of Programmatic (video, display, native) and Paid Social (Facebook Network and others). Paid Search is a bonus.
  • Preferably 2+ years in advertising operations in an agency environment or ad tech environment.
  • Demonstrated understanding of major advertising technologies & platforms along with experience of running campaigns using all/some of the following:
    • Ad serving technology
    • Web delivery technology
    • Dynamic creative implementation / DCO
    • Facebook ads manager including audiences, pixels and buying strategies
    • DSPs (e.g., DV360, Adform, Google Ads)
    • Reporting and Analytics (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.) including pixel implementation
    • Tag management and troubleshooting experience; experience in HTML, JavaScript is a plus.
    • Excel – strong skills in data manipulation and reporting.
