Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-class Executive Assistant support to senior M&A professionals.
- Manage complex and constantly changing diaries across multiple time zones.
- Coordinate international travel, meetings and client events.
- Prepare presentations, board papers and confidential documentation.
- Support live transactions, due diligence processes and deal execution.
- Liaise confidently with clients, investors and internal stakeholders.

About You
To be successful, you will have:
- Previous Executive Assistant experience within Investment Banking.
- Exposure to M&A or transaction-focused teams.
