Administrator/ Tenancy Progressor β Property
Highgate, North West London
Full-time, permanent
On-site role
Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm
One in every three Saturdays, 10:00am to 2:00pm
Are you a highly organised administrator who wants more than βjust another admin jobβ? This is an opportunity to join a well-established, respected lettings business in Highgate as a Tenancy Progressor where administration is genuinely valued as the backbone of the office, not an afterthought. This is a role for someone who enjoys being trusted, relied upon, and integral to how a business runs day to day.
We are looking for a professional, capable Office Administrator to become a key part of a close-knit team. Whilst a previous property administrative background is ideal, what matters most is strong organisation, reliability, attention to detail, and a desire to build something long term within a stable, professional environment so we will consider those with administrative experience from different industries.
You will sit at the heart of the business, supporting the lettings team, interacting with clients, landlords and tenants, and helping ensure the office runs smoothly, efficiently and professionally.
The opportunity
This is not a high-pressure sales role or a stepping-stone job. It is a proper, long-term position for someone who wants stability, structure and a role where their contribution genuinely matters. You will be trusted with responsibility, given full training on property systems and processes, and supported to grow within the business over time.
The role
- Supporting the lettings team with day-to-day admin and operations
- Preparing documentation, letters and contracts
- Managing systems, records and property listings
- Coordinating marketing, photography and compliance
- Being the first point of contact for clients and visitors
- Supporting tenancy renewals and office coordination
- Maintaining high standards of organisation and accuracy across the office
About you
- You are organised, calm, reliable and professional
- You enjoy structure, responsibility and being part of a team
- You take pride in doing things properly
- You are confident communicating with clients and colleagues
- You are looking for a long-term role, not a short stop-gap
Experience in property is welcome but not essential. Strong administrators from professional services, office environments, retail head office, or similar structured settings are very much encouraged to apply.
Why this role stands out
- A stable, long-term position in a respected local business
- Supportive, friendly and professional team culture
- Structured environment with clear routines and expectations
- A role where admin is valued, respected and relied upon
- Opportunity to build a career in property or develop a strong office management path
- Consistent working hours and a proper work structure
This role will suit someone who wants to feel proud of where they work, valued for what they do, and secure in their role, not overlooked, overstretched or disposable.
