Key Responsibilities:

  • Running financial reports and tracking monthly data
  • Supporting performance reviews
  • Maintaining digital filing systems and document control
  • Overseeing audit trackers and internal databases
  • Coordinating virtual meetings (presentations, notes, follow-ups)

Requirements:

  • Comfortable working in a fully remote, independent environment
  • A strong communicator with excellent written English
  • Strong working knowledge of accounts / financial tracking / forecasting
  • Experience using Xero (or similar accounting software)
  • Good Microsoft Office skills (Excel particularly useful)
