Our client, a luxury property development firm, is recruiting a Café Supervisor/Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of a new café opening at one of their vibrant commercial estates in Putney Bridge comprising seven commercial office buildings. This is a stand-alone role with real ownership, ideal for someone who enjoys running their own operation while collaborating closely with the wider on-site management team.
The Role
You will be responsible for running the new café based primarily in the main building, with some movement between another site and estate’s main building. Working closely with the Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the café’s daily performance, customer experience and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the café, ensuring smooth and efficient operations
- Deliver excellent customer service to occupiers and visitors across the estate
- Manage stock levels, ordering and basic cost control
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness
- Act as the main point of contact for the café on site
- Support events or increased footfall across the estate where required

- Confident running a café or hospitality operation with a high level of autonomy
- Organised, reliable and comfortable managing priorities independently
- Strong people and communication skills
