The team handles complex, high-value claims involving brain injuries, spinal cord injuries and amputations. You will provide comprehensive support across a varied caseload while developing valuable experience in this specialist area of law.
The Role
- Supporting lawyers with complex catastrophic injury claims
- Assisting with the preparation and progression of cases
- Drafting correspondence and legal documentation
- Liaising sensitively and professionally with clients, medical experts and other parties
- Reviewing and organising medical records and case documentation
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date information on the case management system
- Managing a varied range of legal, administrative and client-related tasks
- Ensuring deadlines are monitored and work is completed accurately
About You
- Previous paralegal experience within personal injury
- Experience or a strong understanding of catastrophic injury claims
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
- A strong academic record, with grades clearly included on their CV
- A genuine interest in developing a long-term career within catastrophic injury litigation
- A stable employment history demonstrating commitment and progression
- Experience using Proclaim CMS would be beneficial but is not essential.
