Are you a brilliant PA who loves being at the heart of a business?

We're looking for a warm, highly organised and proactive Team PA & Office Manager to join a growing organisation in Oxted.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants more than a traditional PA role. You'll work closely with the CEO, COO, Managing Director and Chief of Staff, providing high-quality PA support while also taking ownership of the smooth running of the head office.

It's a varied, visible position where you'll have plenty of autonomy and the opportunity to become a genuinely valued member of the team.

The Role

No two days will be exactly the same. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing busy diaries for senior leadership and coordinating meetings
  • Acting as a key point of contact across the senior team
  • Preparing meeting papers, presentations and correspondence
  • Coordinating travel and accommodation
  • Keeping on top of actions and ensuring things don’t fall through the cracks
  • Taking ownership of the day-to-day running of the Oxted office
  • Managing suppliers, contractors, facilities and office requirements
  • Supporting new starters and liaising with IT
  • Organising team events and internal activities
  • Supporting invoices and office expenditure
  • Looking for ways to improve processes and make the office run even better

About You

We're looking for someone who is switched on, personable and naturally proactive. You'll be the type of person who anticipates what needs doing, takes ownership and enjoys making life easier for the people around you.

You'll ideally have previous experience as a PA, Team PA, Executive Assistant or Office Manager, with:

  • Strong diary management and organisational skills
  • Experience supporting senior leaders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A warm, polished and professional approach
  • Confidence juggling multiple priorities in a busy environment
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to work independently and use your initiative
  • Confidence with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • A flexible, hands-on attitude - no task is too big or too small

Previous healthcare experience is welcome but absolutely not essential.

Why Join?

This is an opportunity to join a growing, people-focused business where you'll work closely with senior leadership and have real ownership of your role.

You'll be trusted to use your judgement, bring ideas to the table and help create an organised, welcoming and brilliantly run working environment.

  • Salary: Up to £45,000 depending on experience
  • Location: Oxted, Surrey
  • Hybrid: Monday-Thursday in the office, Friday working from home
