This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced property administrator to join a well-established, friendly Sales & Lettings office in Highgate. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Keeping sales and lettings administration running smoothly day to day.
- Preparing and issuing valuation letters, instruction letters and key documentation.
- Uploading and maintaining accurate property and client details on internal systems.
- Producing property particulars, window cards and marketing materials.
- Acting as the first friendly point of contact for clients, landlords and tenants.
- Coordinating photography, floorplans and compliance documents.
- Managing property listings across the website and advertising platforms.
- Overseeing gas and electrical safety compliance and chasing certificates.
- Supporting tenancy renewals and landlord communication.
- General office administration, post, filing and property boards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Has previous admin experience within estate agency, lettings or property (essential).
- Is naturally organised, detail-focused and proactive.
