We are working with an award-winning, leading law firm that is widely recognised for its strength in Personal Injury work. The firm is known for handling complex and high-volume claims with technical excellence, commercial awareness and a strong commitment to client care.
An opportunity has arisen for a Paralegal to join a well-established Personal Injury team specialising in Employer’s Liability and Public Liability matters. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with solid EL/PL experience who is looking to develop their career within a high-performing, supportive legal environment.
The role
You will support fee earners on a busy caseload of Employer’s Liability and Public Liability claims, managing files efficiently from instruction through to settlement. The role offers genuine responsibility and exposure to quality work, with the opportunity to build strong technical knowledge and progress within the team.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing liability evidence and documentation
- Drafting correspondence and legal documents
- Liaising with clients, insurers and third parties
- Managing deadlines and procedural steps
- Ensuring excellent client care throughout the lifecycle of each claim
About you
You will have previous experience working as a Paralegal in Personal Injury, and ideally with exposure to Employer’s Liability and or Public Liability matters. You will be well organised, confident managing multiple files, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Strong written communication skills, attention to detail and a proactive approach are essential.
