Responsibilities
- Managing and processing accounts payable transactions with precision.
- Assisting with data entry tasks related to financial records and transactions.
- Supporting the finance team in reconciling accounts using Xero.
- Maintaining organised records of invoices, receipts, and financial documents.
- Assisting in preparing financial reports and statements as needed.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure timely processing of financial data.
Experience
- Proven experience working with Xero is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Strong data entry skills with a keen eye for accuracy.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
