Are you a confident communicator with a warm, professional presence? We\'re looking for a Front of House Coordinator to support a well-established accountancy firm in their modern Bradford office. You\'ll be the welcoming face of the business, joining a bubbly and supportive team that values excellence and friendliness in equal measure.
What You\'ll Be Doing:
- Handling inbound calls and directing them to the appropriate departments
- Greeting clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
- Inputting data into internal CRM systems
- Coordinating deliveries and liaising with reception and other departments
- Managing the internal email inbox
- Supporting with general administrative tasks as needed

- Previous experience in a Front of House or Reception role
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Confident using IT systems including Excel and CRM platforms
- A polished, professional manner and excellent communication skills
