What You'll Do:
- Preparing and maintaining financial statements
- Managing accounts payable and receivable
- Conducting bank reconciliations
- Assisting with budgeting and forecasting

- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards
What We're Looking For:
- A degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- Service Charge experience
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the property sector
- Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks)
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
