Duties
- Organise budgets for Retail, Marketing, and Buying, tracking all incoming and outgoing transactions.
- Maintain accurate financial records, including receipts, bank statements, and credit forms.
- Reconcile cash transactions and align with bank statements.
- Conduct weekly reconciliations and prepare and submit VAT returns.
- Generate weekly retail sales reports for management.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of bookkeeping experience.
- Strong experience using Xero and QuickBooks (essential).
- Prior experience in retail, marketing, or buying bookkeeping is highly desirable.
- Bookkeeping certifications (AAT, ICB, or ACCA) are desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
