Our client, a leading organisation in the manufacturing industry, is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Administrator to join their busy global sales team!
Position Overview: As a Sales Administrator, you will report the Senior Sales Manager. Your role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations, providing outstanding support to both internal and external stakeholders.
Being the backbone of this team, the ideal candidate will be someone who sees their future career in sales!
What\’s On Offer:
- Salary on Offer: £25,000 to £28,000
- Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM with a one-hour lunch break.
- Location: Twickenham
- Holidays: Statutory holidays plus 20 earned holidays annually.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Manage the Sales Admin process such as processing sales orders for new and existing customers.
- Proactively monitor the lifecycle of all pending orders to promote efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide customers with all necessary order documentation.
- Provide customers with necessary information and data.
- Support Inventory accounting and management with external warehouses.
- Work with internal / external clients on logistics and service issues.
- Collate and verify all relevant order information to ensure documents are accurate.
- Daily use of CRM systems to ensure information is accurately recorded and shared.
