Are you ready to become the warm and welcoming face of a reputable legal firm? We are seeking a presentable, enthusiastic, energetic, and reliable individual to join this busy administrative team. The firm provides clear legal solutions to both business and individual clients throughout Devon and Cornwall, and are looking for someone who can help us continue that tradition of excellence!
Position: Part-Time Receptionist/Administrator
Location: Barbican, Plymouth (only a 19-minute walk from Plymouth train station)
Salary: £12.21 per hour
Hours: Flexible for the right candidate, 20-25 hrs per week. Ideally everyday school hours alternatively longer days across 4 days. Must be flexible to increase hours to cover holidays
What You\’ll Do:
As the Receptionist/Administrator you\’ll be the heartbeat of the office, taking on a variety of responsibilities. Your role will include:

  • Greeting clients with a calm and friendly demeanour
  • Managing a busy telephone switchboard
  • Engaging discreetly with clients while they wait
  • Assisting with one-off administrative tasks during quieter periods
  • Collaborating with a small administration team to cover reception and telephone needs
  • Directing clients to the appropriate services within the firm
