What You'll Do:
- Accounting & Reporting: Manage full-cycle accounting for 20+ accounts. Maintain the general ledger, reconciliations, and financial records. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Develop budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections as needed.
- Investment & Portfolio Oversight: Track capital calls, distributions, and valuations. Maintain investment accounting and performance reporting. Coordinate with brokers and investment managers.
- Cash, Treasury, and Payroll Management: Oversee bank accounts and liquidity. Execute wires, payments, and transfers with proper controls. Manage accounts payable and receivable using tools like ApprovalMax. Administer end-to-end payroll across three countries, ensuring compliance.
- Tax & Compliance Support: Partner with external tax advisors for filings and planning. Prepare supporting schedules and documentation. Ensure compliance for personal and company taxes across entities.
- Operations & Advisory: Manage vendor payments and household/office expenses. Support audits and maintain internal controls. Assist with financial analysis for new investments or transactions. Serve as a liaison with legal, tax, payroll, and investment professionals.
