Job Title: Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the daily finance function, encompassing cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting, and implementing financial controls.
- Generate meaningful management information, financial reports, and KPIs to support commercial and strategic decisions.
- Partner with departmental managers to enhance business processes and drive operational performance.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a small finance team.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational efficiencies.
- Support broader business planning and financial strategy.
About You
The ideal candidate will be a proactive, hands-on finance professional who can blend strong technical skills with commercial insight. The following qualifications are preferred:
- A qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent).
- Experience in an SME or privately-owned business environment.
- Proficiency in cash flow management, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Familiarity with financial systems and process improvements.
- Experience in multi-currency or international business environments.
