Events Manager – Shape Extraordinary Experiences!
Location: Teddington (with free parking)
Salary: £38,000 – £40,000 plus 20 days annual leave + bank holidays + 3 bonus days over Christmas, pension, parking and a warm, inclusive, and collaborative team environment
Hours: 9am-5:30pm | Hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote
Team: Supportive, sociable team of 8, including 4 passionate event professionals

What You\’ll Be Doing – As our Events Manager, you\’ll take the reins and lead from the front:

  • Deliver seamless conferences and exhibitions-on time, on budget, and beyond expectations
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and translate it into flawless execution
  • Manage budgets with precision, working closely with our finance team
  • Lead and mentor a dedicated conference administrator
  • Coordinate suppliers and contractors, ensuring safety and compliance
  • Create engaging marketing materials and promotional campaigns
  • Liaise with VIPs, speakers, and stakeholders to ensure top-tier participation
  • Conduct post-event evaluations and deliver insightful reports
