We are working with a forward-thinking healthcare provider based in Canterbury who are looking to appoint a mid-level Business Analyst to support a growing portfolio of digital transformation and process improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
  • Analyse current processes and identify opportunities for efficiency and optimisation
  • Support the delivery of digital transformation projects (e.g. system upgrades, new platform implementations)
  • Produce high-quality documentation including BRDs, process maps, user stories, and functional specs
  • Facilitate workshops and act as the liaison between business units and technical teams
  • Contribute to testing (UAT) and implementation phases
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and data governance standards

About You

  • 2-5 years' experience as a Business Analyst
  • Proven track record in process improvement and digital transformation projects
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Experience working in healthcare, medical, or another regulated environment (highly desirable)
  • Familiarity with tools such as Visio, Jira, Confluence, or similar
  • Understanding of Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
