Accounts Assistant – Property

Office Angels are proud to be supporting a local property company in their search for an organised and detail-focused Accounts Assistant to join their friendly team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, supporting the finance function and managing property service charge accounts.
The Role
You’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate financial management across the property portfolio. Working closely with Property Managers and suppliers, you’ll help maintain up-to-date service charge accounts and support the wider finance team.
Key Responsibilities
- Process invoices and allocate costs to the correct properties.
- Assist with service charge budgets and year-end accounts.
- Reconcile expenditure and investigate discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Support general finance administration and respond to leaseholder queries.
About You
- Previous experience in accounts, finance, or administration (property/service charge experience highly desirable).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills.
- Confident using Excel and finance systems.
- A proactive, organised team player with great communication skills.
