Location: Warrington

Contract Type: Temporary, 8 weeks, could be extended.

Hourly Rate: Β£13.50 per hour

Working Pattern: Full Time, 09:00am - 17:00pm Monday to Thursday and Friday 9:00am - 3:45pm

Our client is seeking a talented Administrator to join their team in Warrington. This is an exciting opportunity for an organised and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is keen to contribute to a thriving organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processed timesheets and payroll data accurately and on time.
  • Checked and validated timesheets, client POs, job numbers, and registrations.
  • Ensured data accuracy before payroll submission.
  • Supported the weekly payroll process.
  • Updated spreadsheets and maintained records.
  • Handled incoming calls, transferred enquiries, and took messages.
  • Provided general administrative and office support.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
  • A keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
