Key Responsibilities:As a Warehouse Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse. Your daily tasks will include:

  • Completing orders accurately and efficiently during your shift.
  • Reporting any issues to your supervisor to avoid failures and ensure seamless operations.
  • Assisting with the booking in of deliveries and organising stock in designated locations.
  • Striving to meet and exceed productivity targets while quantifying any variances to your supervisor.
  • Maintaining flexibility to meet changing business requirements.
  • Conducting pre-shift checks and completing defect reports for all Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
  • Adhering to health and safety policies at all times.
  • Keeping your workspace organised and ensuring a clean and tidy warehouse floor.
  • Participating in stock takes as directed by your supervisor.
  • Communicating effectively with your supervisor to maintain clarity in operations.
  • Taking on any other duties as required by management.
