Overview
JOB TITLE: Temporary to Permanent Works Coordinator
LOCATION: Hinkley Point C, Bridgwater, Somerset (Hybrid working)
SALARY: Up to £30,000 PA
HOURS: Monday – Friday, 8am till 5pm (4 days on site, one day working from home)

We are seeking a process driven and thorough Works Coordinator to join our client, working as part of the Hinkley Point C project. This is a full-time role and being offered initially on a temporary to permanent basis therefore you must be available immediately or on a short notice period to be considered for the role.
Responsibilities
- Manage Holiday Tracking: Oversee and maintain the holiday tracker to ensure accurate records of employee leave.
- Monitor Absences and RTW Reminders: Track employee absences and send timely Return to Work (RTW) reminders.
- Handle Pay Queries: Process and resolve pay query forms efficiently.
- Distribute Forms: Provide copies of holiday and absence forms to operatives as needed.
- Facilitate Onboarding and Oracle Access: Assist with onboarding new employees and manage their access to Oracle systems.
- Coordinate Training Requests: Manage training requests and maintain an up-to-date live training matrix.
- Document Weekly Meetings: Record and update minutes from weekly meetings.
Key Skills / Qualifications
- Prior administration experience in a similar or supporting post.
- Excellent advanced IT skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work on own initiative and deliver key objectives.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise effectively.
