Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to enquiries in the shared Events inbox promptly and professionally.
- Process event bookings and maintain up-to-date booking numbers and event records.
- Assist in event packing and preparation to ensure smooth execution.
- Unpack and organise materials following events, ensuring everything is in order.
- Carry out regular stock checks and keep stock records current.
- Book and liaise with couriers for event collections and deliveries.
- Coordinate event printing requirements and ensure all materials are prepared.
- Create posters, speaker cards, and other materials that enhance the event experience.
- Design event surveys and prepare insightful post-event reports.
- Collect programmes, badges, and other printed materials, verifying their accuracy and quality.
