About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a highly organised and proactive Team Assistant to join a busy organisation based in Edinburgh City Centre. This is a full-time temporary opportunity running until the end of the year, with the possibility of becoming a permanent position for the right candidate. This role will provide key administrative support to the Director based in Edinburgh as well as wider support across the team and two Directors (virtually) based in their London office.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing busy diaries, ensuring meetings are scheduled effectively and priorities are managed
- Providing virtual diary management support to two Directors
- Coordinating meetings, appointments and calendars across multiple stakeholders
- Assisting with meeting arrangements, room bookings and logistics
- Supporting the wider team with general administrative and ad hoc duties as required
- Monitoring emails and helping to prioritise responses where appropriate
About You
- Previous administration experience is essential
- Diary management experience would be highly advantageous
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills and a professional approach
- Comfortable working independently and supporting stakeholders remotely
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word and Excel
- A flexible and proactive team player who enjoys supporting others
