Overview
Pediatric trained Temporary School Receptionist. Based: Kingston. Full time: 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday. Start: ASAP. Pay: £14ph plus holiday pay. Handover will be provided. Preferably with school experience and with a DBS and need to have Pediatric First Aid certificate.
Responsibilities
- Organise a welcoming, effective and professional reception for the school.
- Be the front‑line receptionist for the school by welcoming visitors and operating the telephone switchboard system.
- Greet all visitors to the school, make them feel welcome and issue ID passes.
- Deal with all callers and visitors in a polite and courteous manner.
- Maintain staff signing in/out system and monitor electronic gates.
- Action incoming electronic mail requests and the Reception email box.
- Create and send out letters and parent messages.
- Receive, sort and distribute incoming post and collate, frank and distribute outgoing post.
- Support the supervision of the student ambassadors on a daily basis.
- Be the point of radio contact for Senior staff in school.
Qualifications
- Pediatric First Aid certificate (required).
- DBS (required).
- School experience preferred.
