Job Title: Team Leader
Contract Type: 4 months Temporary (with possible extension)
Working Pattern: Full Time, hybrid working
Daily Rate: Up to £120 + weekly holiday pay
Location: Office is based in Birmingham City Centre
As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in:
Overseeing and allocating work within the team, ensuring deadlines are met and service standards are upheld.
Leading and motivating a team of Administrators to deliver an efficient and effective service.
Identifying training needs and promoting continuous professional development.
Providing guidance to team members to ensure successful outcomes.You will need:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proven experience in supervising teams within a busy office environment.
A good understanding of prioritising and delivering on key activities.
