Our client is looking for a dynamic Talent Resourcer to join their growing team in Slough! If you\’re eager to provide exceptional support and solutions, this is the role for you. Your key responsibilities will include: Arranging and conducting interviews and candidate assessment centres Communicating with candidates to confirm attendance and reschedule as needed Posting and amending job adverts, ensuring accuracy and relevance Searching job boards to find candidates with matching skill sets Preparing and maintaining recruitment paperwork, ensuring compliance Keeping candidates informed throughout the onboarding process 🤝 Collaborating with internal stakeholders to attract new talent Conducting training for managers on recruitment processes Staying updated on UK Employment Law and market trends What We\’re Looking For: If you have previous experience in HR or recruitment, we want to hear from you!
