Role Overview: The successful candidate will support the Director of People in delivering a comprehensive payroll service in collaboration with the payroll provider, ADP. This position will involve a variety of tasks, ensuring accurate payroll administration and compliance with relevant policies. Key Responsibilities: Maintain the ADP payroll database, managing starters, leavers, salary increases, and changes in working patterns. Calculate holiday entitlements, salaries, maternity dates, and sickness pay. Oversee the firm s self-service absence management system and maintain absence records. Conduct monthly payroll tasks, including pre-payroll activities, checking and uploading P45s, and liaising with ADP on payroll queries. Process overtime, bonus, and staff loans accurately, investigating and correcting any discrepancies.
