Our client is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Studio Operations Assistant to join their dynamic team in the vibrant Barbican area of Central London! Job role: Studio Operations Assistant
Salary: £35,000 - £37,000 per annum
Contract: Temporary to permanent (initial guideline of 2-4 weeks temporary)
Location: Barbican, City of London
Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 6.00pm (with an early finish at 4.00pm on Fridays!)

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day to day administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth running of the office environment
- Coordinate staff onboarding, inductions, meetings, travel arrangements, and internal events.
- Manage employee expenses and maintain accurate financial records
- Assist with supplier payments, expense reporting, and invoicing processes
- Process invoices, purchase orders, receipts, and expenses using internal systems
- Support the wider team with operational projects and ad hoc administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative, office support, operations, or office coordination role
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Confident user of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Experience using finance or expense management software is advantageous
- A proactive and positive attitude with the ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to engage across multiple areas of the business
