As the Site Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of our client’s construction projects. Your exceptional organisational skills and keen eye for detail will ensure that all administrative tasks are carried out efficiently and effectively. Job Title: Site Administrator Location: Ebbsfleet (You will need access to your own transport due to the location of this company) Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 Term: Permanent Responsibilities: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project documentation, including drawings, permits, and contracts. Coordinate and schedule meetings, site visits, and inspections. Prepare and distribute project-related correspondence, reports, and documents. Assist with the preparation of project budgets, including tracking and recording expenses. Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
