The Role
As an Administrator, you'll be the backbone of the office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for clients via phone and email
- Typing and formatting documents and reports
- Monitoring office supplies and ordering stationery
- Filing and archiving important documents
- Managing invoicing processes
- Booking travel and accommodation for directors
