In this role, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth across key retail partners, managing relationships with large accounts, and working closely with the sales team to meet financial targets.

If you're looking to make an impact in the beauty industry and thrive in a collaborative team environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you.\\n\\nJOB TITLE: Senior National Account Manager\\n\\nCOMPANY: Beauty\\n\\nCONTRACT: Permanent\\n\\nSTART: ASAP \\n\\nSALARY: up to £80,000\\n\\nResponsibilities:\\n\\nEstablish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and distributors across Europe, Middle East, and Africa.\\nDevelop annual business plans with accounts, identifying opportunities for revenue growth and executing strategic plans to achieve targets.\\nUnderstand the needs and requirements of key accounts to provide excellent daily support and manage account KPIs.\\nCollaborate with internal teams to develop accurate sales forecasts and manage inventory levels.\\nResolve any logistical issues that may arise and ensure timely delivery of purchase orders.\\nWork closely with the Education Team to plan retailer and retail staff trainings and events based on account needs.\\nPrepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor insights.\\nConduct regular meetings and business reviews with accounts to discuss sales performance and new product launches.Requirements:\\n\\n2+ years of experience in Retail Account Management or Business Development, preferably in the beauty industry would be preferable\\nStrong knowledge and experience in retail channels, including bricks and mortar, digital marketing strategies, e-commerce platforms, and online sales funnels.\\nProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.\\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work in cross-cultural settings.\\nExperience managing international accounts and conducting business with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.\\nAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends.\\nProactive and results-oriented approach, able to work independently and collaboratively.\\nWillingness to travel domestic and internationally as required.Role Impact:\\n\\nRevenue Growth:You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by working closely with key retail partners and implementing strategic plans to achieve sales targets.\\nRelationship Management:As the brand ambassador to our client's largest retail partners, you will build strong relationships and provide exceptional support on a day-to-day basis.\\nTeamwork:Our client's team is small but highly impactful.
