Responsibilities: Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and correspondence for two senior team members. Ensure the smooth running of the office by providing administrative support, including filing, photocopying, and data entry. Collaborate with other team members to organise and execute company events, meetings, and conferences. Assist with financial matters, such as processing invoices. Handle incoming calls, emails, and mail, prioritising and responding in a timely manner. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with utmost professionalism.
