Responsibilities
As a School receptionist, your role will be crucial in creating a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors and managing day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Signing in visitors and ensuring security protocols are followed
- Sending out communication
- Taking and managing school registers
- Answering emails and phone inquiries promptly
- Dealing with staff, pupil, and parent queries efficiently
Essential experience
- Must have an Enhanced DBS on the update service
- Previous recent office based experience in a school setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
