Our client, a reputable organisation within the criminal law sector, is seeking an established Temporary Legal Support person to join their team in the heart of Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced legal professional who is ready to contribute to a fast-paced environment and support vital administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Audio Typing: Proficiently transcribing audio recordings using a Philips dictaphone machine and foot pedal.
- Document Management: Photocopying and filing important legal documents with precision and care.
- Communication: Answering phone calls, taking messages, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and legal professionals.
- Administrative Support: Assisting with various administrative tasks as needed to ensure the office operates efficiently.

- Experience in Criminal Law: A solid background in criminal law is essential to navigate the unique challenges of this sector effectively.
- Audio Typing Skills: Strong proficiency in audio typing, particularly with the Philips dictaphone machine, is required.
