Location: Redhill, with regular travel to London Victoria as required

Contract: Temp 3 months

Hours: Full Time Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm

Salary: £15p/h - £17p/h (DOE)

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Administrator to join a busy and collaborative team on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has previously worked within an FMCG environment and is comfortable managing multiple priorities while ensuring the smooth flow of supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the end-to-end supply chain process to ensure products are delivered efficiently and on time.
  • Processing and managing purchase orders, sales orders, and inventory records.
  • Monitoring stock levels and assisting with demand planning activities.
  • Liaising with suppliers, logistics providers, warehouses, and internal stakeholders.
  • Tracking shipments and proactively resolving any delivery or supply issues.
  • Maintaining accurate supply chain and product data across internal systems.
  • Producing reports, analysing data, and identifying trends to support decision-making.
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams including procurement, customer service, finance, and logistics.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal processes and supply chain procedures.
  • Providing general administrative support to the wider supply chain team.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Previous experience in a Supply Chain Administrator, Supply Chain Coordinator, Logistics Administrator, or similar role.
  • Experience working within an FMCG environment is essential.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Excellent administrative, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships across multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Experience using ERP, SAP, Oracle, or similar supply chain systems would be advantageous.
  • Able to travel regularly between Redhill and London Victoria as required.
