Duties:

  • Lead the recruitment process primarily focused on clinicians, while also supporting non-clinical hiring across various departments.
  • Develop innovative talent acquisition strategies that align with our organisational values.
  • Proactively source top clinical talent through networking, research, and industry engagement.
  • Collaborate with our HR team, marketing, and clinical leads to attract and retain the best talent.
  • Manage the clinician recruitment process with a professional, high-touch approach.
  • Build strong relationships with busy, highly skilled clinicians to foster long-term recruitment success.
  • Craft detailed job descriptions and leverage multiple platforms to maximise reach.
  • Coordinate and manage the interview process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates.
  • Collaborate with leadership to assess current and future workforce needs.
  • Track key performance indicators to measure recruitment success and impact.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, with proven experience hiring clinicians.
  • Medical/Healthcare 180 or 360 recruitment experience highly advantageous.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Exceptional relationship-building abilities with a polished, professional approach.
  • Adaptable and proactive, capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
